Shipping & Returns Policy


Detailed descriptions of products are provided under each product listing page. Products include only what is included in the relevant product page description. Material composition, country of origin and proper care for products are likewise provided in the descriptions.

Prices & Payment

Prices are listed on each product page, per product or package/bundle, as indicated in the description.

Prices include VAT and delivery fees, unless otherwise stated.

Payments must be made and received before order is processed and goods are provided. Once payment is received, please allow 1-2 working days for SIRI Design to process your order and prepare for shipment. If you are unsure whether an order has been received or processed, please contact SIRI Design and we will let you know of your order status.

Shipping & Delivery

SIRI Design will inform the customer once an order has been shipped and will provide tracking number(s) where relevant. Deliveries in Bangkok may take up to 3 days to arrive after the shipping has been processed. Deliveries to other provinces in Thailand may take up to 5 working days to arrive shipping has been processed. In the case of delay of product shipment, SIRI Design will notify the customer by email. If the customer wishes to cancel their orders at any time prior to product shipping, SIRI design will return the payment to the customer less any bank fees within 3-5 working days.

Returns & Refunds

If there has been an error in the order or shipment, the customer must inform SIR Design within 7 days so that the error can be corrected. SIRI Design will arrange for the pickup of the incorrect product from the customer, and will send the correct order at no expense to the customer.

If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase, you can return the product to us for a full refund less the cost of shipping.

Any product returned, whether sent in error or sent for returns for any other reason, must be in the same condition it was received in.
